if you can not find the order AND you have the order number. Hopefully, you are logging your orders using some sort of logging method. If not, we have a video for that on our youtube channel. Here you should have the order #. If you don’t have it logged, you can find the order number in the email that you received with the order that was placed. Once you have the order number, you can follow the steps in the images. This is best done on a desktop/laptop. 1. Go to any existing order. 2. In the URL field, the last set of numbers is the order number. 3. Simply replace those last numbers with the order number you are looking for and BAM!! There it is.
